RTR opens in Neiman Marcus in Union Square
Holiday season means social events, holiday parties, work parties, and numerous other occasions to dress up. Rent the Runway has made the genius decision to open a brick and mortar pop-up inside of the Neiman Marcus in Union Square (SF). Apparently the move comes as NM is experiencing a decline (no surprise there) and is hoping to lure in some younger shoppers. Stay tuned for some holiday looks from RTR!
Dressing for a “no dress code” office
With the start of Kara’s new job at a startup in SF, she was clueless on what to wear. The dress code at the hospital (where Tracy and I used to work, if you’re new) was business casual; so it basically meant black pants and a boring top or cardi every day with little room for creativity. Startup Casual, Tech Chic, Smart Casual are all thrown around when it comes to the dress code in Silicon Valley. Check out this link on Career Contessa for how to dress at a company that has no dress code.
