The List no. 4

Olivia Culpo

Homegirl took over the NYFW like a bat out of hell, rocking four different outfits in one day. We love her even more since she’s from Providence, RI and she’s dating Patriot’s player, Danny Amendola.  She crushes social media, her fashion game is on point, and she just got bangs (totally envious)! Consider this a formal invitation to our girl gang, Olivia #pleasesayyes.

Pete Kuzma

We recently found this artist while jamming to one of Yoga Girl’s playlists and became obsessed. His jams are great for mediation, yoga (obvy!), or just chinchillin. Check out our fave “Waiting in Vain”.

Any and everything velvet

the zoe report

Velvet is such a luxe fall trend but let’s not bring back the juicy tracksuits (even though Vogue says they’re trending) quite yet. From home decor; couches, pillows, and wallpaper to fashion; shoes, bags, and pants- you can work this textile into pretty much anything. It has a super rich and luxe feel to it but remember to stick to dark colors like midnight blue, emerald, and burgundy to avoid any cheese factor.

If you’re not a risk taker, start with a pair of shoes. Here are some of our favorites:
Nasty Gal leopard velvet heels
ASOS velvet combat boots
Superga velvet sneakers

Step it up a notch with these items:
ASOS choker
Missguided dress
Mint velvet bomber
Topshop jumpsuit

Turkey Burgers

With summer quickly coming to an end (September 21st, people) we’ve been grilling every second we can. Try this recipe for BALM turkey burgers. We love them on butter lettuce sans the extra carbs.

Duster Coats

The Kardashians have been working this trend for a while now but we’re come around and are loving the duster coats for fall. They move easily from day to night with a footwear switch. Throw on some chic sneaks for the day and opt for an ankle strapped, single sole for nighttime. We found some great options at Naked Wardrobe and Zara.
